What are Settlement Services?

Once the sales contract is deposited with us, or the order placed for your loan, we immediately establish a file and begin acting as the settlement agent.  A settlement agent agrees to abide by the terms of your contract and provide services to satisfy all parties involved.  A settlement agent acts to interpret the terms of your agreement and provides a customized service for each closing.  Many times documents are overnighted, closings are done remotely, and title issues may need cleared.  A good settlement agent juggles the details and attempts to provide a flawless closing for all parties involved.  This is our goal and we meet this in most cases.  Our settlement agents have years of experience handling all types of deals from mobile homes to multi-million dollar commercial transactions.  Each transaction is handled with care for detail and the highest professionalism
